The Opportunity:

This role is designed for someone with the desire to consistently learn, grow, and improve themselves and the company around them. You will work with people across the company to improve the tools and practices that enable teams to work better. You'll work on the Product and Tech Operations team to implement good practices, processes and tools, and field requests. You'll work with other departments to evaluate how processes and systems can connect to each other, help implement standards and processes, and provide coaching on best practices.


* Use your engineering and software development experience to provide support, suggestions, and coaching on engineering best practices.
* Provide Agile guidance and coaching to Product and Technical teams to encourage and support planning and performance efficiencies.
* Apply creative problem solving techniques to mock up solutions based on rough requirements and iterations.
* Build and maintain relationships across the company to implement system automation or process improvement activities
* Contribute to and cross-train with your teammates to help provide support and coverage as requested.


* Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; acting with poise in a wide variety of settings
* Demonstrates resilience by failing fast, adjusting/adapting, and improving solutions
* Ability to synthesize different points of view and turn it into a unified plan
* Curious and has natural tendency to ask why? How could this be better?; Ability to constructively challenge the status quo
* Scaled Agile v1 Certification
* Familiarity with Jira (as a user or a light administrator)
* Experience with software development teams, tools and technologies
* Understanding of project management practices & agile methodologies
* A personal drive for continuous learning and development
* Values-driven, self-motivated critical thinker with a desire to help others be successful
* Attention to detail and organized
